Stack Overflow vs. Google

An occasional irritant on Stack Overflow is people asking questions that would be answered immediately if they’d just type a handful of obvious search terms into Google.

Scary Error

I’ve had error messages before where there was no text, just OK or Yes/No buttons, which looks amusing because you’ve no idea what you’re agreeing to. But if the button has no text either, the whole thing looks oddly sinister.
